What is a lead?

This is someone who was created with contact information in LeadScoreApp. You can see the person's behavior on the website, and with leadscoring you can automatically identify hot leads. You pay for the total number of leads with an active tracking. You can delete the ones you don't want to pay for. 

What is a prospect?

These are companies that anonymously visit the website. This means that you can be more proactive in your sales and marketing, as well as gain more knowledge and insight about potential customers. You pay for the total number of prospects – and you can delete the ones you don't want to pay for.

Is it really free?

Yes. You can use Leadscoreapp for free and without a time limit up to 100 leads. You can track and score leads behavior on the website. You can keep track of contacts and use the system as a CRM. You just can't send emails from the system. It requires a subscription.

How is the payment made?

We'll send you an invoice. There will be no invoice without prior agreement. The invoice will be issued on 20th of each month and you pay 6 months in advance.

How do I change my Subscription option?

The subscription option (e.g. moving from Basic to Standard) is changed on the next invoice cycle – in the intervening period, you can easily move up to a larger package at no cost. It happens completely automatically. However, you can choose to delete leads to stay below the limit of the next package.

Is it legal under GDPR?

However, you should make sure to update your cookie and privacy policy. It must be stated that you use cookies to make targeted marketing and sales. You can see our GDPR checklist here.
